Brief Answer:
Visit to an ER for evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Prolonged sitting on a hard surface with possible compression of blood vessels or nerve supplying the lower limbs.
In case of vascular deficiency, the lower limb will become cold, discolored or bluish / blackish.
In case of nerve compression, numbness and weakness is more prominent.
You can contact a doctor for examination in emergency room and get treatment.
Steroids may be helpful in case of nerve compression called as neuropraxia.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
