Can One Take Focalin While Breastfeeding?

Question: Hi I'm breastfeeding my infant of 17 days old and I used to take focalin xr 25mg but half of the capsule only how long do I have to wait to breastfeed again?

There is limited information available regarding focalin xr and lactation. However those limited studies on animals and humans indicate that using foscalin xr during lactation is relatively safe and does not harm the infant.
Foscalin xr has a short half life. Which means that you can start breasfeeding the next day after stopping the medication
