Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Physiotherapy us helpful if your father has weakness in hand and leg and he can not walk. Because by moving joints we can keep then XXXXXXX so when he recover from paralysis he will be able to walk normally.
There is no direct role in coronary artery disease except that chest physiotherapy help in prevention of lung infection. Also calf movement helps in prevention of deep vein thrombosis.
Any patient if he is bed ridden then he needs physiotherapy to prevent bed sores, chest infection and Deep venous thrombosis.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.
