I'm not married .it will affect pregnancy?? and normally how many days to be needed to cure it.
Brief Answer:
Semen report needed for expert opinion.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
You'll have to send the semen analysis report, for me to give an expert opinion.
Infection by itself is curable, and will not affect fertility.
The semen test should be done after 2-3 days of abstinence.(no masturbation/sex).
If the test has not been in this manner, repeat with a gap of 2-3 weeks.
Send the reports, so i can give you an expert opinion.
Wish you well.

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Residual infection present.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Have reviewed the semen test reports.(11.3.16).
It shows :
1. Improved semen density, in normal range.--45mill/ml.
2. Motility is at lower level of normal range.--50%.
3. Morphology(shape and size) is lower level than normal--38%.
4. Pus cells have reduced,but not cleared completely--3-4pus cells/hpf.
The report suggests, infection is milder, but present.
Hence the antibiotic must be continued, for another week.(according to culture).
As motility hasn't improved to healthy range,it's advisable to do scrotal scan.
That is a scrotal, doppler ultrasound scan,to check for a varicocele.
Morphology is not in normal range, hence you should take clomiphene citrate.
You should continue with it, till next semen test or pregnancy.
You can get back with the tests advised.
Wish you good health.
