Can Recovering From Cervical Lordosis Cause Heat In The Legs?
Question: Hi,
Earlier line 6 months ago I had cervical Lordosis due to which I used feel numbness in my fingure. But after consulting with doctor that got recovered. But from yesterday I am feeling warmness in my right Leg is it because of earlier cervical problem ?
And how to recover this. This is not causing me much difficulty but I feel warmness in my legs ?
Please advice

Brief Answer:
Could be nerve pressure in lower lumbar spine
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Cervical Spondylosis is very unlikely to give rise to feeling of warmness in legs- It is most likely due to nerve irritation in lumbo sacral region of spine ( lower back) , the area will correspond with the region in which you have feeling of warmness.
I suggest that you start mild painkillers like Ibuprofen, hot bag for muscle relaxants. We can try oral muscle relaxants and pregabalin as well but they are not available over the counter. Try for 10 days and if there is no improvement then go for MRI Lumbar Spine and Orthopedic Consultation.
Thanx for the question.
