Rectal prolapse cannot cause a liver abscess. The two structures are in no way related and one pathology can by no means lead to the other. They are both independent and probably just happened that you had both. What difficulty do you have defecating? I will suggest that you consider getting evaluated for the exact cause of this difficulty to be identified and managed accordingly.
