Brief Answer:
You can reduce it.

Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.

Celexa contains a citalopram. It helps in controlling depressive and anxiety disorder. Sometime due to depression or anxiety symptoms, patients do not able to make good judgement. If you are asymptomatic for last many months, then you can reduce the dose gradually. In that case, it would not lead to any problem.

Please tell me the reason for taking celexa and how long you have been taking it?. What is the dose of drug?
