there is a one problem Dr XXXXXXX it will take long time to discharge automatically inside vagina so what i do I mastubrate my self then it come with in a 20 to 30 seconds

So best option is to discharge in vagina only to get best results and in case you have this problem of discharge which comes late in natural intercourse then best is to opt for artificial insemination which has very good results.

In this process male partner ejaculates in a sterile container and the semen thus obtained is processed and purified.
This sample is now free from dead and abnormal sperms and thus has good and active sperms which are then injected inside the uterus of female partner and thus facilitates the delivery of sperms near egg of female and hence easier to form a baby now.
Good, easy and cheap but very effective method to enhance fertility.
