Can Stress Cause Irregular Menstruation And Less Menstrual Flow?

My entire life I've experienced very heavy periods with excruciating cramps & blood clumps/clots for about 7 days. The past 3 months, my periods have been very light with very little to no cramping & mainly spotting after the second or third day. I don't know if these play a role but I've been extremely stressed out, no interest at all in being intimate with my boyfriend, I experience vaginal dryness when we are intimate, I used a chemical product to straighten my hair & all of it fell out...
PLEASE, give me some insight!
Be calm because excess stress can cause hormonal imbalances
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
If your periods in your entire life have been heavy ,and now are very light ,it means that you may have some hormonal changes....
Having light periods with vaginal dryness and low libido may be caused from some reasons and the most common is PCOS .
Diagnosis of PCOS is made from ultrasound scan examination(policystic ovaries) and hormonal tests (FSH,LH ect)
But all these health issue(light periods, low libido, vaginal dryness) you refer may be due and from excess stress you may have .
Hence try to be calm.
What kind of chemical product did you use?
All the best

By the way, I have a few flesh-colored stretchy & soft to the touch painless pimples in the lining of my rectum for about a year or 2 years now. I think that it's 3 in total that grew one by one over time & they itch occassinally. I realize that I noticed the first one after I had wiped too thorough (which I do ALL the time) & the other ones happened the same way; after I wiped too hard & cut the lining/inside of my rectum. Can you tell me what it might be?
Flesh colored painless pimples can be hemorrhoids
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again.
That chemical product that you use haven't relation with your periods.
Hence use it .
While flesh-colored stretchy and soft painless pimples in your rectumcan be hemorroids.
Hemorrhoids also called piles, are swollen and inflamed veins in your anus and lower rectum. Hemorrhoids may result from straining during bowel movements or from the increased pressure on these veins .
Try to use much more liquids especially water and fiber rich foods.
All the best
