Hello,

Painful sexual intercourse is called dyspareunia. It has several reason like vaginal dryness, endometriosis, vaginitis, pelvic/ vaginal infection, narrow introitus, hormonal imbalance etc.

You need to get examined by your gynecologist through pelvic examination and relevant investigation (like USG scan, vaginal swab test etc).

Use some water based lubricant or vagisil cream before intimation. Maintain genital hygiene properly. Be well.
