Thanks for writing in.
Please do not use any medications during the 1st 3 months of your pregnancy without consulting your physician. This is so as these drugs can cause birth defects in your children. While chymoral forte helps abscesses heal faster, the drug can easily be avoided as this is not the main treatment of an abscess.
There is little data on the safety of this drug in pregnancy and hence I would suggest you stay away from this.
