Can Taking Testosterone Cypionate For Long Term Affect The Sperm Count?

Question: I have been on testosterone cypionate injections for about 6 to 7 yrs now. Ive been off of my shits now for about 6 months now. how likely is it that my sperm count could be zero or what are my chances on fertility?
Brief Answer:
Sperms are likely to be normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about fertility.
The possibility of adverse effect on the sperms is not always anticipated while taking these testosterone injections.
I believe you will still have chances of conceiving and have children. Your fertility is unlikely to be affected.
I suggest get a semen analysis done which will give a clear picture about your sperms. This will put end to all your doubts.
Semen analysis is a simple test.
