Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/28 - was having sex, injured testicles - crushing somewhere couple of times - felt pain in or around the testicles - not sure about it - wants to know whether this can affect sperm fertility or sperm health ...

Please give some additional information:
- When did this happen?
- What is the present position? Pain? swelling?
- Any blood in urine?
- Any other information you would like to share?

My thoughts:
Having injury or crushing in a normal usual intercourse is not known to occur.
It is possible in a vary rare instance.
There is a chance that during the act of sex, the testicle/s might have gone into partial torsion as the active lower abdominal muscles also make the cremaster to act and pull up the testes and during this natural act there is rotation.
If this is resolved, if there is no pain or swelling, there would not be any effect of any sort on testes, sperm fertility or health.

On a safer side I would advise you the following since the problem has occurred once:
- Get a clinical evaluation, examination by a General Surgeon or preferably an Urologist.
- Ultrasound with color doppler of the scrotum.
- Semen analysis ASAP and after one and half month to be sure about.

I hope this answers your query, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
