although nobody can really answer this question, a simple answer is that no case has been reported or documented so far! So this is not considered to be dangerous unless proven otherwise in the future (which is very doubtful). In any case, you'd better be cautious when handling potentially infective material. Infective material is potentially dangerous when coming into contact with your bloodstream (eg syringes) or mucosal surfaces particularly when they're not intact. So there is no risk to come into contact with semen with your fingers for example.
