Only very roughly. There is easily a 50% variability between the levels of drug that people would get from a given pill. First, people are different sizes. Second, they absorb different amounts (nearly all the drug, not much variation on how much gets in) and their livers' metabolize the drug differently, so different amount accumulate. Furthermore depending on how much water you drink the urine can vary in concentration up to 10 fold.

Mainly, the urine test is to fit people into one of three categories: NONE .. that would be very suspicious that someone is SELLING the drug and not taking it. REGULAR AMOUNT this would be fine and third group...VERY HIGH AMOUNT which would indicate the person is getting drugs from multiple doctors and abusing it.

Then... the urine screen can also look for more than one drug. If someone also has morphine, codeine, or dilaudid, or Heroin, this would be a problem. Also, the urine test would look for other drugs of abuse. It also shows how concentrated the urine is, and that it has the normal stuff that urine is supposed to have in it (so that it is NOT a fake specimen).

First of all, I think you probably have both an opiate dependence problem and that it is truly dangerous. 200 mg five times a day is likely to be truly dangerous. This could easily have you stop breathing and die. Go unconscious, vomit, have the vomit go into your lungs and suffocate you and die. Lower your blood pressure and die.. And probably other fatalities.
A 50% difference in dosing I don't think they can tell. If it is a lousy urine test, then it might not even show you are taking ANYTHING (the old dipstick method gave only a yes or no to heroin and might not pick up oxycodone no matter how much was in your system.
BUT, if it's the urine test I use on my patients, yes, they could tell something was very wrong.
While oxycodone does not stay in the system and the amount that you had last week is not detectable in this week's urine test and just not taking any for 2 days would definitely hide use. You Will Go Into Serious Withdrawal, and that will be a clue something is wrong.
Futhermore, if you are taking many times the recommended dose you have to get more pills than what is prescribed. This involves something highly illegal and you are very likely to be caught and then in addition to addiction, there will be several legal issues.
Best bet is to be honest and get help for narcotic addiction before something terrible and irreversible happens to you.
