Can Thyroid And CBC Tests Reveal An Abortion?

Question: i had blood and urine test after one week of abortion. whether doctor can find that i had pregnancy and abortion
the test being conducted in blood are thyroid, CBC, prolactin and in urine it is routine urine test.
