Can Transvaginal Ultrasound CD 11 Detect Small Follicles?
Question: I closed my request on accident prior to asking for clarity on a previous question.
I am on first round of femara 3-7, had a vaginal ultrasound CD 11, was told I had no mature follicles and no follicles at all on either side and must of not responded to this round of femara. I used Clearblue advanced, clear blue digital regular OPK and ovacue fertility monitor with oral & vaginal sensor and all 3 sources gave me a peak positive result on CD12... Could it be that the follicles were still to small to see on the vaginal ultrasound? and grew enough to give me a surge on OPK's?

No, that is not possible at all as the last ultrasound was CD11 and follicles cannot grow to 22mm size in just 2 days for giving the OPK test as positive indicating a LH SURGE.
In any case a repeat ultrasound shall settle all the doubts and hence advised that you should repeat the vaginal ultrasound.
