Bilateral tubectomy advised
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Yes, she can get her tubal ligation done at the time of the second cesarean section.
It is called tubectomy and is done by cutting and stitching both the fallopian tubes.
It is a permanent method of family planning and is safe in long run.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Tubectomy better in your case
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
It is better to go for tubectomy if there is no plan of any further pregnancy.Copper T needs to be replaced every 10 years, and it can cause problems like excessive bleeding during periods and infection. If this is your final baby, then it is best to go for tubectomy for family planning.
