Can Tucking In Penis Cause Any Harm In A Transexual?

Question: A friend of mine is a Transsexual, she looks like a woman and all, I am worried about her hurting herself. She is talking about tucking her penis 24/7. I understand, her sperm count will go down, she wants to cut it off anyway. She's wanting to leave it tucked while recieving anal sex, is there any other long term medical effects? Thank you,XXXX

Tucking in the penis too tight might harm the urethra, one has to be careful that it is not tucked in too tightly. However there are no known long term side effects
Sperm count does get affected if the scrotum is tucked in.

I am very happy for her as well. Like I said in my earlier post, the only harm that can happen when penis is tucked in too tightly is that the urethra might get damaged leading to difficulty in passing urine. Make sure that it is not tucked in too tightly when she is erect
