Brief Answer:
you need insulin sensitisers and exercise...explained.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
INSULIN RESISTANCE IF ITS BEING CONFIRMED AND DIAGNOSED concomitant to PCOS as well, then you should ideally be placed on oral insulin sensitiser like METFORMIN and also on MYO-Inositol + Zinc + selenium supplement like TAB OVABLESS OR TAB XXXXXXX once a day for 2 months atleast. Also important would be daily exercise and increased water intake to 4-5 litres per day with an aim to reduce body weight. This would help decrease insulin resistance and improve ovulation and ovum quality as well.
You may discuss the options with your gynecologist and take an informed decision.

Brief Answer:
opt for controlled ovarian stimulation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In that case when you are planning a baby then insulin resistance cannot be dealt in such short span and the next best way would be to opt for controlled ovarian stimulation with ovulation induction drugs. This shall help you conceive soon.
