Hi and welcome.the answer is no. Biotin is. it toxic for kidneys and even much higher dosages can be tolerated. It is excreted by kidneys but it doesn't damage it,and kidneys are able to process excessive amount of any vitamin including biotin. Wish you good health. Regards
