sir` my name is sam 20m,, 2nd mbbs student from india,,i am taking raw egg white [ 10 per day] from last couple of years,,since i am very much interesred in bodybuilding,,i am scared of biotin deficicency,,as I am already having hair loss with hyperaesthesia..so wat time should i take biotin supplement like tablets or yolk,or any better supplementwhen should i take ? before or after egg white?any other way to eliminate this biotin deficiency as i cant exclude egg whte from my diet
