Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

First of all it's necessary to take an antiplatelet agent such as plavix or aspirin to reduce the risk of stroke.

Secondly Vitamin K2 affect directly on the efficacy of anti vitamin K anticoagulants (warfarin, qumadin etc.) and shouldn't
be used together.

Since the Plavix is an antiplatelet agent you don't need to change plavix (and it's dosage) because it may be used with vitamin K2. The only thing you should do is to reduce the dose of vitamin K2.

If you were my patient I would recommend to take half the dose of Vitamin K2 (around 60 mcg per day).

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
