Brief Answer:
Liver disease most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. The "water in the intestines" may mean ascites, which is an accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity (not intestines!), usually caused by liver disease, i.e.cirrhosis.

However, ascites is not something that is free of symptoms and that can be discovered by chance on an x-ray.

You should also be experiencing other symptoms such as bloated tummy, weight gain, heartburn, nausea and stomach pain, decreased appetite and trouble breathing when lying down. If any of these symptoms sound familiar then there is reasonable cause to suspect liver disease.

I suggest you see your doctor so you can get a proper physical examination in order to get a better understanding of what is going on. Depending on the findings on the physical examination, the doctor will be able to decide on further testing.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further information you would like to offer so I can get a better understanding of your current condition. You can also upload the reports here so that I can have a closer look at them.

I'd be happy to answer any further question you might have.

Wishing you good health and all the best.

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound of the abdomen

Detailed Answer:
The only thing that matched the description of the radiologist is ascites, however, it is interesting that you do not have any other symptoms. I recommend you do an abdominal ultrasound for further investigation.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
Wishing you all the best.
