Child Has Lesions On Skin, Itching, Burning, Bleeding. What Could This Be?

Question: My daughter has lesions on her skin that itch and burn and bleed and some appear to have seeds in them that fall out when they open up and she is scratching at them. What could this be?
Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like she has focal skin infection. She can try following things -
A.Combination of local antibiotic and antifungal cream.
B.Oral antihistaminics.
C.Anti-itch creams containing camphor, menthol, pramoxine (Itch-X, Sarna Sensitive)
D.Moisturizing lotions.
Generally this should resolve in week or two.
Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.

She was prescribed an antibiotic and a cream but they helped while she was taking them and then got worse again after finishing the medications. It was just on her face, now has spread to her chest, back and legs. She looks like she has a really bad case of acne sores that are open.
In that case I would suggest to get a swab test done to know bacteria causing this infection. After that more appropriate antibiotic can be prescribed.May be current antibiotics are not clearing the infection completely, so symptoms are recurring.
