Sweet smell of sweat is usually seen in some rare metabolic disorders like Diabetes mellitus with Ketoacidosis.
But the presence of sweet odor of sweat is not the diagnostic feature of the above diseases, but further evaluation is required to rule out them.
Abdominal pain after eating associated with sweating and cramping is a significant symptom and it should be evaluated further.
Before advising you I need some information regarding abdominal pain.
What is the severity of pain on a pain scale of 1 to 10?
Which part of abdomen is painful - upper / middle / lower ?
Any history of belching?
How much time it will present after taking food?
Any history of abdominal distention, vomiting, or food allergy?
What is the duration of this complaint and any investigations done for it?
The above information is required to know the cause for her abdominal pain and to guide you in a better way.
So I request you to kindly furnish the details in your follow up query.
Regards.
