Child Is Vomiting Water, USG And Blood Test Normal. Cause?

Question: Hi my niece is 8-9 years old. She is vomiting a small amount of water for the last one month. All tests including USG and other blood reports are done..and everything is OK. We have shown her to more than 4- 5 doctors - general physician, ENT, Pediatrics etc. Please note the she is vomiting only water..there is no trace of food or acidic content in it and it is in small amount for once when ever it happens..She vomit around 20-30 times a day. We would like to know what might be the possible cause of it. Some doctors are suggeting it may be because of some phsycological problem..Not sure what to do at this stage.

Children at this age start teething due to which there is excessive secretion of saliva and mucous resulting in vomiting of fluids. other than that she might be having some sort of allergy however the good about all that is that she is not vomiting any food content which results of GERD or esophageal stenosis. psychological problems can also be one of the cause. As all investigations had normal results that there is no serious cause to worry about. just wait and observe and try give her fluids like juices and drink which she likes. Also give small sips frequently.
