Question: How to control fatty liver and elevated liver enzymes thereby consequent chronic fatigue ,dullness and mental confusion.?

Fatty liver can occur due to various causes.
I would like to have some more information before I can given my opinion.
1. Do you consume alcohol?
2. Are you obese?
3. Are you a diabetic?
4. Do you have high cholesterol?
5. Are you on any medications?
Also I would like to have the complete report of the liver function test.
