Hello, AAAAA,
I am glad to know that all your blood tests came out
normal.Sonogram or ultrasonography can show the
liver structure well.Pancreas is generally not seen
very clearly unless most recent or advanced methods
are used.Your height and weight are in the normal range.
If somebody has a body fat greater than 35-40 % ,then
there is a strong possibility of having a condition called
"Non-alcoholic-fatty-liver-disease" (NAFLD). This is
associated with an enlarged liver.Since all your liver tests
are normal, I would not be concerned.Sometimes, after
any kind of surgery, the intestines slow down a little bit.
Stay active, drink more fluids and you can take some
stool softener for a short time.
wish you good health.
