Could Itchy Lump On Breast Be Cancerous?

Question: yes, please. I had LB cancer 15 yrs ago I had a lumpectomy followed by radiation. I have developed a lump The cancer was at 2 o,clock, the lump is at 12 o,clock. I had a biopsy from the top and was told it is begin. But, I have itching that goes from (on a scale of 1-10) from 5 to unbearable. I wind up with a dry rash to deep claw marks. My question, could cancer be below/behind this lump? My aunt had this happen and it worries me.

Brief Answer:
no chances of cancer in the lump
Detailed Answer:
Since biopsy of breast lump has proved it to be benign there are no chances of malignancy in the lump. Of the lump is increasing in size then get an excision biopsy of the lump. Also you need to get bilateral breast mammogram. Multicentric cancers and other lesions can be identified with mammography.
You need to get all these done. But your symptoms don't seem to be due to cancer recurrence. Eczema is likely cause of itching. Consult a dermatologist and take proper doses of antihistaminics and other topical agents. Your symptoms would subside in no time
