Brief Answer:
Metoprolol;heart failure to re-evaluate...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Among the medications you are reporting, Metoprolol is a blocker for beta 2 receptors which has broncho-constriction as side effect. Others do not have that effect.

To my opinion, you should:
- discuss with your doctor about dosage of Metoprolol and cough as its side effect
- run chest X-ray and run respiratory function test to rule out lung problems
- check for edema (swelling) in your feet (commonly appearing with amlodipin use) and
- to evaluate your heart condition through cardiac tests; heart failure to be re-evaluated.

Hope it was of help!
