Do Baclofen, Tribenzo Or Tramadol Contain Blood Thinner?

None of these have blood thinners in them.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
None of the 3 medications you listed have blood thinners in them.
Baclofen is used to treat spasticity - not a blood thinner.
Tribenzor is a cardiovascular medication that contains 3 drugs:
Hydrochlorothiazide - a mild "water pill" that helps lower blood pressure
Amlodipine - a medicine that lowers blood pressure and can help in decreasing angina.
Olmesartan - lowers blood pressure
Tramadol is a narcotic-like pain reliever. (It is not a narcotic.)
So none of these medications have blood thinners in them. However, IF the doctors want to have you take coumadin after your surgery (which IS a blood thinner), the combination of coumadin with Tramadol can somewhat increase the risk of bleeding. That does not mean that you can't take them both, it just means that your blood thinning should be monitored carefully.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.

Ok.
