Hello. Thank you for reply.
Does the DHEA cause heart rythm changes ?
I almost constantly feel an irritation in my left side, below the chest, undermy arm pit in my rib, its a funny place to have a sensation but ive found the discomfort stops when i use L-Arginine - for its nitric oxide boosting effect.
How long does it take the DHEA to effectively treat adrenal fatigue ? When can i start to see any improvements ? Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
DHEA supplements doesn't cause arrhythmia directly. The most common side effects include stomach upset, headache and palpitations. However, I would like to suggest to do an ECG to exclude any rhythm disorders.
It usually requires 3-6 months of treatment to effectively treat adrenal fatigue. However, you will see any improvements after 4-6 weeks of treatment.
Hope this will be of help!
