Do Mifepristone And Misoprostol Cause Vomiting?

Question: Hi , my girl friend is taken mifepristone table at 5:20 pm today orally and other two tablets of misoprostol orally at 6:20 pm exactly after one hour. now she is having serviour vomitings. is this tablets casuse vomitings?? please advice and also when she should take other 2 tablets ..it should be taken orally or vaginally..please kindly advice..

Hi

These tablets cause pain in abdomen and vomiting.

The remaining 2 tablets have to be taken vaginally.

I suggest you take these medicines under a gynecologist guidance after ultrasound scan as if there is ectopic pregnancy it could be life threatening.

for how many hours this vomitigs will be there? When she needs to take other 2 tablets vaginally ? i mean ...after how many hours..is it exactly after 24 hours of first 2 tablets taken ?? kindly advice

She will have this vomiting till tomorrow morning. Vaginal tablets after 24 hours from last tab.

Better to consult a gynecologist.

sure we consult the gynocologist immediately .my girl friend is having seriour abdomen pain too..how long this pain will be there? why bleeding is not yet started with these tablets..could you please clear our doubts..
