Detailed Answer:
Hello,
prozac may rarely cause renal damage (albuminuria, oliguria) and liver problems (abnormal liver function tests, serious liver injury, cholestatic jaundice).
Topamax may cause renal stones (rarely too) and liver injury (less than 0.1% of patients).
Hydroxyzine does not have serious renal or liver side effects but it may affect those organs indirectly. For example urinary retention may affect the kidneys if left untreated for long.
Nabumetone may cause acute renal failure (particularly in dehydrated patients) and liver injury with increased liver function tests.
Allopurinol has relatively frequent serious side effects. Serious renal damage may occur in 1-10% of patients using it. Liver injury may occur in up to 10% of patients. Very serious liver injury occurs in approximately 0.1%.
Zyprexa may cause liver enzyme disorders relatively frequently. Renal damage is not expected with normal use (only indirect damage like with hydroxyzine).
Buspirone is probably the safest drug regarding liver and renal side effects from the aforementioned ones. No serious liver or renal side effect is expected.
