With regards to you r question I can say that:
- burnt toast may help to improve diarrhea due to the fact that burned toast can absorb more water in intestine
- milk is not a good choice in cases of diarrhea, sometimes it can worse it.
Usually in my clinical practice I recommend yogurt and rice to improve diarrhea.
