As per your description, these symptoms can be there due to several reasons (can be due to impending influenza to sinusitis, allergic manifestations, and several others)..

For the time being, take ample rest...also please stay away from any direct exposure of A/C ducts as well as any over-crowded places...

Try to avoid any cold drinks, dairy products(including yogurt also), sour foods for the time being...

For the left sided headache, I'd suggest taking Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg Stat dose (for now) and on SOS basis(after some food, not more than 3-4 times daily)... additionally, put a pinch of salt in XXXXXXX warm water and gargle twice daily as an alternative fashion for next few days...

Since you've mentioned visiting the Neurologist earlier, it'd be better if you upload the prescriptions and the medication details for my review, so that I can guide you specifically on that aspect...
