Do Headaches After Exposure To Sun Suggest Heat Stroke?
Likely Heat stroke early symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Heat stroke is a possibility if your body is exposed to 104 degree fahrenheit or 40 degree celsius and above. Altered mental state, altered sweating, nausea and vomiting, racing heart rate and headache are some of its common manifestations.
As you have some of these symptoms i would suggest to get evaluated as it needs emergency treatment and avoid living in a tent. Get some frequent cold baths, move to shades and cold places, drink adequate fluids and talk to your doctor. Avoid sugary or alcoholic beverages for rehydration. Wear loose fitting clothes preferably cotton and don't let anyone including your dog in a parking car , take it easy during the hottest part of the day.
get to your doctor or ER and let them run some baseline workup to rule out any kidney functions damage, muscle lysis or or darkening or urine.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

The above article was mentioning that heat stroke can occur if one's body temperature rises to 104 degrees fahrenheit or 40 degrees celsius and above. Are you saying that one can also get heat stroke just by being exposed to outdoor temperatures which are that high, even if one's body temperature is not that high? My body temperature will get up to sometimes 99 degrees fahrenheit maximum in this hot weather.
Yes environment temp can cause it with prolonged exposure too

You are very right usually body temperatures make the heat stroke at 40 Celsius but prolonged exposure to heat leads to dehydration and that can result in such complication. 99 F however body temperature and environment temperature above 40 Celsius is required to give a heatstroke.
Nutshell prolonged exposure to environment heat with inadequate hydration can definitely lead to heat stroke.
I hope it helps.

Alcohol and sugary beverages all all notorious for dehydration and that can worsen heatstroke or increase chances of it. Regarding fruit and honey yes you can take it. Any natural and close to nature food is appreciable and should be prefered.
I hope it helps. .
