Do Not Like To Eat All Kinds Of Fruits And Vegetables. Worried
I am 25 yrs old. I am very choosy in food. I dont like to eat everything like fruits, many vegetables etc. my family n relatives know about this. I hesitate to go with my friends as i cant eat what they like to. I tried many times to start eating everything but after 1-2 times i quit because i dont like the taste of those dishes. Now i am engaged n am worried about my future. My relatives make fun of me n i dont want to tell my in laws about this. I am very tense. I dont know why i am like this. Why God made me like this. Please help me with this.

I have gone through the available details; this seems to be related to not eating everything during childhood, when usually we learn to eat different kind of food.
To eat only certain items in food is not eating disorder, if your weight is normal for your height. You should understand eating fruits and nuts and vegetables is very important for balanced diet to provide all nutrients.
I would like to know your height and weight and do you suffer any disease like anemia( Low Hemoglobin level). Do you have any food allergy so that any specific food items are not tolerated or there is some kind of reaction to food items?
Please understand you have to develop taste for any new food item and it will take some time to start liking it. Please let me know if you have been investigated or taking any drugs even any supplementation like vitamins.

Due to some family problems, i went into depression n lose weight. But now i take 3 full meals, 3 times herbalife shake n also doing exercise everyday.
I am trying to eat the things that i can.

Your height is 5'2'' and weight is 42 kg, you are underweight as your Body mass index is less than 19 you need to gain up to 50 kg. You should take 1800 to 2000 Kcal diet in total every day, diet should contain proteins, carbohydrates and fats also as they provide high calories.
Try to get nutrients from natural source, like dry fruits, milk products, including cheese, even few bars of chocolates.
If you take egg then it is good source of protein if you are vegetarian then can use some soya protein powder with milk. Include seasonal fruits in diet regularly.
Please continue to exercise regularly it will help to build new muscles and help in gaining weight. Please also try some yoga and meditation to remain stress free and happy.

Reports are taking so much time to upload. I had gone through a thyroid test.
T3 - 0.45ng/ml
T4 - 3.5ug/dl
TSH - 6.4 ulU/ml
My doctor prescribed me Eltroxin 25mcg. I ate it for only 3 days. It was increasing my heart beat.
After that i showed the report to another doctor, he told me that my TSH is little bit higher than the normal but we only suggest the medicine if the TSH is higher than 10 ulU/ml. So, i dont know whether to take the medicine or not.
And my haemoglobin is 12.4gm/dl.

Yes your TSH level is little higher and it may indicate underactive thyroid called Hypothyroidism.
It is border line in my opinion you can wait for Eltroxin, but keep a watch over it and it must be repeated after 1 month if it shows increasing trend then you may require this therapy. It is not level but clinical correlation is important.
