MAY I ask last query for rechecking the mechanism.
Doctor teach me that if particle such like 1-2cm hair get into trachea and touch or stuck in trachea wall.... then because there are alot of touch sensors which could check foreign body and sensor read the data and give the signal by nerve for making cough right? in summary touch sensors which are on trachea wall surely find out the foreing body ?
and would you pls. give the data which explain the touch sensor which is on treache wall?

These receptors are microscopic structures. They can not be seen through naked eye. These are situated in the terminal parts of ganglion (smallest part of nerve). They are abundant in quantity. So no chance of missing foreign body by these receptors.
There are two types of receptors (sensors) in airways.
1. Low threshold mechanosensors.
2. Nociceptors (chemo sensors).
Both are present not only in trachea but through out the lung.
These are connected to the nerve fibers which carry impulse to the brain (cough center). This further send impulse for coughing. This is very rapid mechanism.
Temperature of trachea is not fixed. It varies with phase of respiration. During exhalation, tracheal temperature is slightly higher than normal body temperature.
During inhalation, tracheal temperature is slightly lower than normal body temperature.
