Brief Answer:
Viral infection (flu) or Acute sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for your query.

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to either Viral infection (flu) or Acute sinusitis. Presence of severe headache is indicative of it.
Investigations like complete blood count & X-ray of paranasal sinus will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.

Management includes:
1. Steam inhalation.
2. Analgesics like paracetamol (Tylenol) or ibuprofen.
3. A course of antibiotics to tackle the causative organism.
4. Nasal decongestant drops and Antihistamine preparations like Cetrizine (Zyrtec) or Allegra can also be used to provide symptomatic relief.
5. Maintain adequate hydration & a healthy balance diet.
6. Also make sure that you are well protected from cold, dust & other allergens.

Clinical examination is important for diagnosis, so I will advise you to consult your Doctor for a proper clinical examination.

Wish you good health & a speedy recovery.
Take care.
