Brief Answer:
H.Pylori associated gastric erosions are reversible with medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
1) Erosion in antrum (last part of stomach) is due to severe gastritis (severe acidity). It is different from ulcer. It can be healed with medication and diet-modification only.
2) Most common cause for it is H.Pylori infection, which typically occur in that part of stomach only. Positive RUT test indicate presence this infection.
3) Treatment consist of three parts; treatment for H.Pylori, treatment for acidity, diet-modification
4) Treatment for H.Pylori contain 3-specific antibiotics for 14 days strictly.
5) You are already receiving treatment for acidity (gastritis)
6) Diet modification include avoidance of oily and spicy food, avoidance of overcooked, smoked, food.

Brief Answer:
Tab Colospa may cause loose stool sometimes

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr Jaiain
I apologize for late reply
1) Tab. Sompraz is for acidity so you should continue it for your symptoms mentioned earlier
2) Tab. Colospa is for irritable bowel syndrome. It will help if you have symptoms of indigestion, bloating, abdominal pain after taking meals. Sometimes this tablet also cause loose stool. So I suggest you to try to skip Tab. Colospa for 2-3 days and if your loose motion improves means it was due to medications. In that case you should either reduce dose of that medication or stop it.
3) Vit-D deficiency is not associated with abdominal symptoms.
4) About diet; You should take non-spicy, less oily, properly cooked food, avoid over-cooked food or unhygienic foods
