Hi, XXXXXX,
Thyroid patient are suitable for marriage as thyroid hormone is not related to sexual life. There are two types of thyroid problem either increased or decreased level of hormone.
Increased level is known as hyperthyroidsm, whose symptoms are sweating, increased pulse, palpitations, diarrhoea, weight loss, anxiety, increased appetite, less sleep etc.
Decreased level is known as hypothyrodism, whose symptoms are feeeling of cold, weight gain, lethargy, sleepiness(NOT NERVOUSNESS).In females it causes decreased menstrual bleeding , but it will not harm the ovarian function.
Your symptoms are quite mixed , you first do thyroid profile test. Then it will rule out the cause. Also consult your regular doctor , not necessarily endocrinologist.
Hope you have got your answer, feel free to ask any further query.
Thanking you.
