Brief Answer:
regular and frequent breastfeeding is advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
I really appreciate your concern
14 weeks old infant is really very much susceptible to fluid loss and electrolytic imbalances so your worry is genuine.

You need not to worry if he is taking feeds regularly I would advise her mother to give him regular and frequent breastfeeding and keep him warm another problem which may arise is hypothermia so wrap him properly with warm clothes.

ORS which is available by this name also which an be prepared by dissolving in one liter of water and you can give him as much he can easily take.

Keep a close watch and in case if he doesn't take breastfeeding than immediately take him to paediatric doctor for iv fluid therapy.

Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask for follow up, I will gladly answer you.
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
continue breastfeeding is advisable, no medicine if he is taking feeds

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Welcome again
No medicine is advisable in 14 weeks old infant until he is taking breastfeeding.
Only supportive treatment is recommended like continue breastfeeding and ORS to take care of dehydration

if associated vomiting is there than you can give him motinorm or perinorm syrup after consulting paediatrician.

Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask if you have further queries
Best wishes
