Brief Answer:
No you do not need Botox

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. After femur surgery brace can cause calf tightening but physiotherapy is best for this. You should not get Botox as their is no problem in muscle it self. Botox causes temporary paralysis of spastic muscles and it is not required in your case. You should do physiotherapy that will stretch muscles.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks
