Brief Answer:
Excessive sleepiness and rare serotonin syndrome!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.

There are mainly two possible side effects that you should watch out for. They do not mean you should stop taking the drugs but that we know of and monitor to make sure all is well.

1. Possible excessive depression of the nervous system caused by Tramadol and clonazepam. Also, this can lead to lower blood pressure. If you of feel any such symptom, kindly report for further evaluation.

2. Serotonin syndrome: This can result from venlafaxine and tramadol. Here, there is excessive excitation of the body leading to sweating, increased heart rates, seizure or confusions. If you ever notice this, please report to us.

All other interactions are minor and really no major cause for concern at this time.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
