Brief Answer:
Clindamycin is preferable.
Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for posting your query.
As of Antibiotic is concerned I recommend Clindamycin. But in addition I recommend you to take a shot of Tetanus ( unless you have taken it within past 3 years ) .
Also if your Cat is not vaccinated for Rabies then I recommend a course of rabies Vaccination also.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.
Regards.

My original question was not only about an antibiotic recommendation but if there were any problems taking certain antibiotics, such as Clindamycin, with Sinemet. Sometimes adding a 2nd medicine like that causes unpleasant or unexpected side-effects.
So: Is there any history of side-effects when taking clyndamycin along with Sinemet?

Brief Answer:
No significant interactions or side effects.
Detailed Answer:
HI
You can take Clindamycin along with Sinemet, there are no significant interactions with it . You may experience mild nausea or Abdominal discomfort but that shall wear off in a day or two.
