Question: Will taking clonazepam 0.5 every day affect my antibody hiv blood test

I already took the test and it was non-reactive and i was on the medication at the time i took the test , it was a hiv 1&2 antibody blood test 4th generation and i did it after 1 year of unprotected sex, so I can rely on my test results correct ?
