I already took the test and it was non-reactive and i was on the medication at the time i took the test , it was a hiv 1&2 antibody blood test 4th generation and i did it after 1 year of unprotected sex, so I can rely on my test results correct ?

Yes if your exposure was one year ago and now you have taken a 4 th generation ELISA TEST then it is completely reliable. You need not worry. You do not have HIV 100% sure. Live your normal life. Practice safe sexual practices in future.
