Does Clonazepam Help Cure Insomnia In An Alcoholic?

Question: sir my question is that i am taking alcohol in a small quantity 2 peg daily from 5 years if i left alcohol than how to control my stress of business can i take medicine just like clonazepam or any you suggest

I can understand your concerns.

You have a lot of stress in business and you take alcohol for that.

Taking Alcohol for stress is not a good idea. It has lot of harmful effects on the body.
Clonazepam will help if you have problems of insomnia and Anxiety.

For stress relief, you can practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis.
If the stress is persistent, drugs like escitalopram(prescription drug) are a better choice.

Then you can take Clonazepam (prescription drug) when there is Anxiety or sleep problems.
Do not take it regularly as it is habit forming drug.
