Does Guaifenesin And Dextromethorphan Interfere With Zyrtec?

Question: yes i've had a sore throat saturday ,today my nose was running and eyes watery so i took 12 hour Zyrtec,well now i have a cough, can i take mucus relief dm it contains guaifenesin 400 mg and dextromethorphan 20 mg wthout interfering with the 12 hour zyrtec? XXXXXXX
